Leader of 21^st Century - Aditya Saheb

A new star has arrived on the political horizon of Maharashtra in the form of Aditya Thackeray Saheb. He has inherited all the qualities and characteristics of Thackeray clan.

Like his grandfather, Balasaheb and father Uddhav Saheb he also possesses creative skills. His main passion is poetry. Collection of his poems which was later on converted in to music album and titled - Ummeed was released in the presence of Amitabh Bachchan, a respectable actor from Hindi cinema.

Even nightingale of India, Lata Mangeshkar lovingly called as Lata Didi has also praised and blessed him for his poetic skills.

He is not only techno and computer savvy but also knows the negative implications of the waste caused by it, known as e-waste. He had met the then BMC Commissioner, Shri Jairaj Phatak in this context. His NGO, "The Dream We Share" is actively involved in such and other relevant issues. He gave presentation about how to manage e-waste.

He is young and suave politician. He handled the issue of 'Such A Long Journey', a novel written by Rohinton Mistry in a very sensible manner.

The young Saheb also proved his metal when he single handedly crafted the major victory for Shiv Sena supported members in the Senate of University of Mumbai.

Recently, Aditya Saheb has completed his Graduation in History with First Class. He was the student of one of the reputed Colleges in Mumbai viz. St. Xavier's College.

Since his College days he has taken keen interest in the political developments of Maharashtra. He made his debut in active politics and Shiv Sena on 17th October 2010.

At present Aditya Saheb is heading Yuva Sena, a band of young and energetic youngsters' wing of Shiv Sena. Yuva Sena is mainly interested in the education and students related issues. He had been to Delhi and met then Railway Minister of India Ms. Mamata Banerjee and requested her to keep a reserved space for students in local and long journey trains to facilitate a smooth travel for them, especially during examinations.
